These website terms describe the general conditions for submitting an agent application or business-partnership enquiry to FinTrust.

No automatic approval

Submitting a form does not create a partnership, agency relationship, guaranteed account, guaranteed traffic or guaranteed earnings. All applications remain subject to review and acceptance.

Commercial terms

Rates, commissions, settlement methods, settlement timing, operating limits, supported payment methods, traffic allocation and technical requirements are confirmed separately for each approved arrangement.

Accurate information

Applicants must provide genuine and accurate information and follow applicable laws, banking rules, platform policies and agreed operating procedures.

Operational controls

FinTrust may apply limits, review requirements, traffic controls or suspend operating access when necessary for operational, risk, compliance or business reasons, subject to the applicable agreement.

Website information

Interface previews and example figures shown on the public website may be illustrative demo data and should not be interpreted as a promise of volume, earnings or performance.
